Start with the ride facts.

Before sending feedback

• Open Account › Diagnostics and note the version, build, update, database, and sync status.
• For trainer issues, include the trainer model and whether it appears under Sensors & Devices.
• For Apple Watch issues, open Cycled on the Watch once, then retry the workout or route handoff.
• For a recovered ride, say whether you chose Resume, Save, or Discard.

The local diagnostic log is not uploaded automatically. Share it only if you choose to.

Bring older iPhone rides to Rider web

1. On the iPhone, sign in to Cycled with the same account you use at app.cycled.app.
2. Open Account, then choose Sync local rides.
3. Keep Cycled open while the first batch begins uploading. You may keep riding if the connection drops; the durable queue retries later.
4. Open Your rides on iPhone to see whether each recording is synced, queued, or retrying, then refresh Rider web.

Cycled rebuilds a missing upload only when the complete recording still exists on that iPhone. A legacy summary without its samples remains safe locally but cannot become a full web analysis. Nothing is deleted when preparation or upload fails.

Safety and community reports

Use the in-app report control on the route, segment, ride, event, or post when possible; it preserves the item needed for review without telling its owner who reported it. Block controls are available for abusive riders.

Cycled is not an emergency service. For an immediate threat or medical emergency, contact local emergency services.

Privacy and account requests

Account › Your data provides a portable export, local erase controls, and permanent account deletion. Read the Privacy Policy for what is included and what remains in Apple Health, Strava, store systems, or temporary provider backups.
